As a machine and plant operator, you work in production, usually in a rotating shift. You perform the following activities in this responsible position:
- You conduct inspection rounds and monitor plant statuses
- You are responsible for manufacturing processes in the production area, including monitoring and operating the production equipment
- You carry out simple maintenance tasks according to specifications
- You remedy plant malfunctions
- You are responsible for process monitoring (e.g., pH values, temperatures, concentration, quantities, taking samples)
- You keep production records as a matter of course
- You maintain a clean production area
- You are jointly responsible for compliance with all relevant legal and company-specific regulations (e.g., food hygiene, work safety and environmental protection)
