"I trained as an industrial clerk at GELITA and then stayed on in one of our business units in the product management and marketing area. During this time, I simultaneously completed a distance learning course in marketing, which has benefited me greatly in many everyday professional tasks. It is particularly helpful for new technical or chemical topics that you need to get into if you are already familiar with scientific work and literature research.
GELITA is very generous when it comes to personnel development. One thing I've really enjoyed in my 13 years with GELITA is the junior management program I've been able to participate in. On the one hand, it prepared me extremely well for my tasks as a future manager, and on the other, it was also extremely helpful in building up an internal network at GELITA that has endured to the present day. It brought me into contact with many different and inspiring people from whom I can still learn an incredible amount today."
