GELITAs Policy Statement - Commitment to the German Supply Chain Act

Our ethical standards, which apply to all employees of the Group, have long been anchored in our GELITA corporate values and in the GELITA Code of Conduct, and now also in the GELITA Policy Statement on the German Supply Chain Act. In it, we commit ourselves to responsible, respectful and fair dealings with our employees, customers, suppliers as well as to protect our environment.

It is a matter of course and therefore a must not only to advocate this, but also to endeavor to avoid violations relating to human rights and the environment. We therefore consider trusting relationships with our employees and suppliers to be essential; it is the prerequisite for creating the highest possible transparency in supply chain risk management and supporting each other on the journey towards a better future.

Together with our suppliers, we as GELITA are responsible for compliant behavior, actions and decisions in all our business processes, which is why we actively promote this behavior - in our own interest and that of everyone else.
