By completing training in a technical or craft trade, you have good basic prerequisites for becoming a machine and plant operator at GELITA. As a rule, you will start directly in a production team working alternating shifts. Depending on the factory, you may also be deployed as a flexible floater. During your time as a floater, you benefit from your shift colleagues' extensive experience in different shift teams on your way to becoming a machine and plant operator.
